A: Yes, you should receive a link in your Paypal account next to our transaction.
Q: What if my order gets lost in transit?
A: theTraincase.com will not be responsible for lost packages. This is why you are provided with a tracking number so that we can ensure that each package is delivered. If it does get lost, we will be happy to assist you by providing the tracking number so that you may inquire with your local post office. Once the package leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for it.
Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A: No, I am currently not shipping outside the U.S. Please check back the site often. An announcement will be made once we start shipping internationally.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: At the moment, I do not accept returns unless items came broken or completely opposite of description. I make sure all items are packed with care and should arrive as described. In the event that the item arrives broken, please e-mail me within 3 days of receiving the item. Lipsticks that melt while sitting in your mailbox will NOT be eligible for a refund. Please be aware of the weather where you are having your package delivered. Wrong color or incorrect quantity will not be eligible for refunds. Please PLEASE check your order form before confirming payment.
Q: What if I paid for an item that was out of stock?
A: I try my best to make sure inventory is kept up to date. If multiple orders come at one time, orders are packed on a first come first serve basis. If an item happens to run out, you will be contacted and informed. A refund for the out of stock item will be issued and the rest of the order will be filled.
